Our maintenance programs are designed to keep your HVAC system working at optimal performance year round. Not only will it help prevent major mechanical issues to your unit, it will also save you money by reducing your energy bill. Overtime, your AC unit collects dirt and grime that causes your unit to work extra hard. This puts added strain on the unit, using more energy, and increasing the likelihood of a break down.
Our Maintenance Program consists of two visits per year. As a preferred customer, you will be provided all the necessary labor and maintenance materials needed during a comprehensive maintenance program visit.
With our preventative maintenance program, you will receive first priority, and there is no overtime charges for after hour repairs, weekends, or holidays. If additional repairs or parts are needed they will be discounted at 20% from the total repair cost. We will not make any additional repairs without your prior consent.
