Recently we had them install a new unit for us and that experience was extremely professional and quick. There was no pressure to buy and we worked out a fair price. The team helped us to decide which model was right for us and it was installed in 1/2 a day. Denise Greer4 weeks agoWilson Air Company is top notch. They provide excellent, honest and prompt service! I have been a customer for 13 years. A few years ago my fan failed on my condensing unit. They sent a technician to get the part immediately and my repair was done that same day. They went over and above to get my unit up and running.
They schedule the twice a year maintenance on time without fail. All their technicians do an excellent job. I am extremely please with the great service! Very knowledgeable and professional.
I just purchased a new unit due to the age of my unit. Wilson gave me a very fair price with a 1 yr warranty. The unit has a 10 year parts warranty. Every technician they’ve sent to my home has been professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in the maintenance of my system. They kept my aging equipment running efficiently for many years and always let me know what needed repair and what the realistic life expectancy was for my system. With the advances in HVAC efficiency, I started asking them questions about a new system. Maintenance included a cleaning of the unit outside and testing the functioning of the unit and all the parameters. He was prompt and courteous and reviewed findings and recommendations prior to ending his visit. He has ordered a sensor which will need to be replaced and will install once he has in hand. Tech's were on time and went right to work and completed the maintenance quickly. $139, which included both visits, quite a bargin for piece of mind.
