Adam, the technician, was punctual, did a slight repair caused by the previous company I used, and explained thing in detail. Trey Allen1 month agoI called about 2:00 p.m. In the afternoon about my AC not cooling and they had a technician out 5:15 p.m.. he spent about 3 hours troubleshooting and found a leaking evaporator coil. E Rich2 months agoI was introduced to Wilson Heating & Air Conditioning at the World Golf home show two years ago. I needed an AC company for regular maintance at a reasonable price. I have been pleased with ease of scheduling, pricing and the professional service provided for the past several maintance service appointments.
When my neighbor needed a new HVAC system, I recommend she get a quote from Wilson Heating & Air Conditioning. She choice Wilson Heating & Air Conditioning over another large St. Augustine AC company to install her new system.

johnb32072 months agoMy Wife and I have had Wilson's doing are preventive maintenance on our hvac system for about 6 years now . Our old system was getting old and they never tried talking me into a new system was very honest telling us it was still humming like a song . I appreciate them being honest . With it being 15 plus years old and air handler showing so we decided to purchase a new Amana system 16 seer vertical and a variable speed air handler . I am so pleased with the professional installation had outdoor unit moved with no problem . Such a pleasant experience. And Kenneth just did our 6 month. And Stuart just did our 1 year maintenance on it. Super friendly and answered every question I had with terms I could understand . Will be there customer tell the end . Thank you.

The team has courtesy, respectful, and professional in the work they perform. They politely replaced an older house item damaged , with a brand new one. Brenda Smith2 months agoWilson Heating &Air is the best! Last September I came home to a house that was a hot 80 degrees. Called them and they were there the next morning. Saved money on repairs through their Maintenance Program.
Just had my 6 months preventive maintenance this morning. Service tech (Quentin) was on time and very helpful in explaining the results of service testing. Would definitely recommend them and getting their Maintenance Program.

Easygoing, knowledgeable, and helpful in every possible way. He explained what he was doing, gave us helpful advice on the operation of the system, and welcomed our our never ending questions. Unfortunately, if I go back to Pulte; I will have the same bad Whirlpool stat replaced. Outstanding customer service! Prompt, friendly, attention to detail Are just some of the pluses that Wilson heating and air have. Our technician Stewart was so thorough and friendly. It made our experience even better. Thank you so much for always being there for us whenever we need you. We have been customers for seven years now and we get our preventative maintenance cleaning done twice a year. We wouldn’t trust anyone else!

I was introduced to Wilson Heating & Air Conditioning at the World Golf home show two years ago. I needed an AC company for regular maintance at a reasonable price. I have been pleased with ease of scheduling, pricing and the professional service provided for the past several maintance service appointments.
When my neighbor needed a new HVAC system, I recommend she get a quote from Wilson Heating & Air Conditioning. She choice Wilson Heating & Air Conditioning over another large St. Augustine AC company to install her new system.
I would recommend giving Wilson Heating & Air Conditioning a call for maintenance pricing and/or new HVAC system quote.

Just had our first checkup for our new unit as well as for the older upstairs unit, and our technician Jeremy earned an A++! Wilson’s does a great job of communicating and letting you know who is going to be in your home. For folks who work outside the home, it’s great to have a window to plan within and to get the heads up the technician is on his/her way. Stellar service as always!

My Wife and I have had Wilson's doing are preventive maintenance on our hvac system for about 6 years now . Our old system was getting old and they never tried talking me into a new system was very honest telling us it was still humming like a song . I appreciate them being honest . With it being 15 plus years old and air handler showing so we decided to purchase a new Amana system 16 seer vertical and a variable speed air handler . I am so pleased with the professional installation had outdoor unit moved with no problem . Such a pleasant experience. And Kenneth just did our 6 month. And Stuart just did our 1 year maintenance on it. Super friendly and answered every question I had with terms I could understand . Will be there customer tell the end . Thank you.

Whole new A/C and Heating system installation. Whole process went smoothly and took less time than I expected. The team has courtesy, respectful, and professional in the work they perform. They politely replaced an older house item damaged , with a brand new one. We are very appreciative, have been with Wilson Heating and Air continuously for over 12 or more years, and routine bi annual maintenance inspections.

Wilson Heating &Air is the best! Last September I came home to a house that was a hot 80 degrees. Called them and they were there the next morning. Saved money on repairs through their Maintenance Program.
Just had my 6 months preventive maintenance this morning. Service tech (Quentin) was on time and very helpful in explaining the results of service testing. Would definitely recommend them and getting their Maintenance Program.

Dave, the technician that installed our new WiFi thermostat and completed maintenance on our HVAC system was outstanding. Easygoing, knowledgeable, and helpful in every possible way. He explained what he was doing, gave us helpful advice on the operation of the system, and welcomed our our never ending questions. We are very happy having switched to Wilson for our HVAC needs and maintenance and trust their expertise.

Jackson did a great job informing me of the problems in my newly built Pulte home...of which there were several. Now I understand why the AC doesnt click on. Unfortunately, if I go back to Pulte; I will have the same bad Whirlpool stat replaced. So, I am going to have Jackson put in a stat that will work!
