We needed a new A/C and the employees that installed our new unit were pleasant, professional & knowledgeable. We even got a phone call and email following up on the job done. Jonathan arrived yesterday for my routine maintenance on time and with a smile . He texted prior to arriving ,as usual with Wilson's. He was quick, quiet and clean. He explained how my unit was performing and inquired about any concerns I may have.

I had been with them for years and we continued fixing my 3 A/C's but it was time to replace one. As usual, ll went well. I continued my maintenance agreement (strongly recommend) which I have had with Wilson for more years than I can remember. Fast forward. I have now replaced two more A/C's. All in one year! But, they were all about 15 years old and it needed to be done. Circle back to always having a maintenance agreement. 15 years for these
A/C's on the marsh was great. I can't speak highly enough about all Wilson staff. Office,, service, sales, installation. All the best. So I've done the due diligence for you. The guys came out and took a look, They were professional and had a lot of knowledge. We set up a date, with Lloyd back at the office, the day of the guys showed up 4 people deep and banged out the project in one day. It got better. He was kind, and wore a mask and shoe covers and even removed the frog from my outdoor condenser.
He took time to change my thermostat settings, which he patiently explained.
He was efficient, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
He went the extra mile answering my TV issue questions and offered help after work hours…so nice!

Wilson has taken care of my heating and air system for more than 10 years. No matter who has done the maintenance or repair, the work has been done well. There's been no need for a second visit. I trust Wilson completely.

My Wife and I have had Wilson's doing are preventive maintenance on our hvac system for about 4 years now . Our old system was getting old and they never tried talking me into a new system was very honest telling us it was still humming like a song . I appreciate them being honest . With it being 15 plus years old and air handler showing so we decided to purchase a new Amana system 16 seer vertical and a variable speed air handler . I am so pleased with the professional installation had outdoor unit moved with no problem . Such a pleasant experience. And Kenneth just did our 6 month maintenance on it. Super friendly and answered every question I had with terms I could understand . Will be there customer tell the end . Thank you.

Had a ton of problems with some Mini splits, it was a decent sized project that no one else wanted to deal with. The guys came out and took a look, They were professional and had a lot of knowledge. We set up a date, with Lloyd back at the office, the day of the guys showed up 4 people deep and banged out the project in one day. Highly recommend giving these people your business over some of the others in town who think they are gods gift to HVAC.

Set it and forget it! Set your annual appointment schedule and they call to remind you. Office staff is helpful, polite, friendly. Technicians are respectful and you don’t need to home for hours waiting for them to get there.

I really appreciate this company. They have always treated us fairly, been honest and done great work. Let me give an example, hour hvac stopped working at about 6pm on a hot summer day. We were getting worried about how we would sleep in the our house that was super hot. We called them and they had it fixed by like 8 or 9pm same day.
