Wilson has taken care of my heating and air system for more than 10 years. No matter who has done the maintenance or repair, the work has been done well. There's been no need for a second visit. The guys came out and took a look, They were professional and had a lot of knowledge. We set up a date, with Lloyd back at the office, the day of the guys showed up 4 people deep and banged out the project in one day. It got better. He was kind, and wore a mask and shoe covers and even removed the frog from my outdoor condenser.
He took time to change my thermostat settings, which he patiently explained.
He was efficient, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
He went the extra mile answering my TV issue questions and offered help after work hours…so nice!

We have our unit under an annual contract, and I appreciate how the techs "get ahead" of issues and discuss the probability of breakdowns with me, at the bi-annual check ups.

We have had 2 Techs from Wilson Air-conditioning do our system checks, Shawn and Andrew and they both did a great job servicing our system. He called on his way, and was smiling when he arrived. Whew! Good start!

He took time to change my thermostat settings, which he patiently explained.
He was efficient, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

I really appreciate this company. They have always treated us fairly, been honest and done great work. Let me give an example, hour hvac stopped working at about 6pm on a hot summer day. We were getting worried about how we would sleep in the our house that was super hot. We called them and they had it fixed by like 8 or 9pm same day.

Yesterday I had my fall HVAC System maintenance. ( Brandon?)was my technician. He was professional, friendly and did a great job. The Office kept me up-to-date as to what time he would arrive and he called me shortly before he arrived. I bought my new unit this past April from Wilson A/C and have been pleased with everyone from the person who sold my Unit to me, the people at the office and the technicians.

Wilson Air Company is top notch. They provide excellent, honest and prompt service! I have been a customer for many years. Years ago my fan failed on my condensing unit. They sent a technician to get the part immediately and my repair was done that same day. They schedule the twice a year maintenance on time without fail. The tech's arrive as scheduled and do an great job. I am extremely please with the great service. I like all their technicians. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Trane a/c compressor seized after 6 years. Wilson quoted a new carrier system same day and installed it the nextday. No issues since. Now we have a 10 year transferable warranty.

Excellent service. Installed system in January of 2025. Great crew. Made a service call because of clogged drain line and technician arrived immediately and took care of the issue. P.M. technician arrived on time and performed 6 month service. Friendly staff.
