I’m very pleased with the HVAC system Wilson installed.After being told that my air conditioning unit was on it's last leg I was on a search for help! The company I had used for service for a long time gave a pitch that was so unprofessional I didn't feel comfortable with them. I sent a message on the website for Wilson early morning on a Friday. I received a call from Jim before they opened that morning. He came out that same day and my husband felt so comfortable that he called me at work and said let's do this. Between Jim and Megan at the office we had a new air conditioning unit on Monday morning! The new unit is working great thanks to the great service of Wilson. Thank you so much for helping us!Quenton was awesome. Very professional friendly and took the time to explain and show me various aspects of my system. Would definitely request him in the future. Great hire!!Wilson Heating &Air is the best! Last September I came home to a house that was a hot 80 degrees. Called them and they were there the next morning. Saved money on repairs through their Maintenance Program.Just had my 6 months preventive maintenance this morning. Service tech (Quentin) was on time and very helpful in explaining the results of service testing. Would definitely recommend them and getting their Maintenance Program.Wilson Air has always been reliable and affordable. The technician today was Quenton. He was informative and answered our multiple questions. Great job!!!I have been with Wilson for the last 10 years. They consistently provide a great service and they are very responsive to HVAC malfunctions. Quentin came by today and performed expert troubleshooting and quickly identified our problem and conducted a quick and thorough repair. I highly recommend Wilson and Quentin.Such an amazing company! We called this morning for an issue with our AC- they came out within 2 hours and fixed it for us. Quinton explained everything thoroughly to me and answered all my questions. We also signed up for the maintenance package at the recommendation of our friends! Shortly after the job was finished we started to smell a odd odor. They sent a technician to check the problem. He found a small freon leak in the new evaporator coil. Branden ordered a replacement unit. After they replaced it we have no smell any more. This company and all their employees are top notch in my option. I would highly recommend them and their prices are much less then everyone else. Mark & Laura BarbSeth was fantastic. I have a maintenance contract with them (would recommend) and recently had to replace my main A/C unit. Over the years the service techs for maintenance (and installation techs when necessary) have been great, keeping my 3 units in good working order. When there is an issue they comprehensively explain the fix versus replace options so you can intelligently make these expensive decisions. My recent A/C actually could have been fixed (again) but it was time and when I went to replace, I did not shop around as I knew they would put in a good unit at a fair price. They are also 24/7 which was particularly important one Easter Sunday when the upstairs A/C Handler froze and water was cascading down the dining room wall. They came right out. He then offered advice to prevent future problems with our FPL surge protector, explaining the FPL surge protector limitations. He demonstrated excellent professionalism, technical skill, and communication clarity. Our heat pumps have been serviced by Wilson Heating and Air Conditioning for many years and each technician has been outstanding.May change this review but this is my experience now after replacement of entire ductwork in house yesterday. First of all, great crew that cleaned up impeccably. Have problems with the representatives on the phone but the actual people in charge of new installation are definitely customer service oriented.I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional repair service you provided for our air conditioning unit for the 2nd office suite. David diagnosed a weak capacitor and made the repair.David was very knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond, inspecting the air handler in the attic to ensure there were no problems with the air handler and then trouble shooting the compressor and related components. He was very patient in answering questions and gave the customer a feeling of confidence. Overall excellent service and a job well done!Did a great job and reasonably priced!We got quotes from four different companies in town. Wilson was fair and willing to give us what we needed.
