My AC went down July 3rd. Not a great start to a holiday weekend. I called Wilson's, and a tech called me back within 30 minutes. He was transparent about the off hours cost up front because it was a "holiday." He texted on his way over which turned out to be earlier than he first thought, for which I was grateful. Ken arrived as promised and went right to work. I was very impressed not only by his knowledge, but his great attitude, professionalism, and demeanor. He explained every step and had me up and running.
In fact, 3 days later, and my daughter's AC is on the fritz, and she called Wilson's based on my positive experience. A great company.
