New system installed Thursday. Costly but helped by granting Military Discount, Senior Discount, refunding Saturday’s Service fee, & Same Day Purchase Discount. Jonathan arrived yesterday for my routine maintenance on time and with a smile . He texted prior to arriving ,as usual with Wilson's. He was quick, quiet and clean. He explained how my unit was performing and inquired about any concerns I may have.
I am always pleased with my experience at Wilson's and feel fortunate to have them as my service company. I, with great assurance , recommend them to newcomers on my community.

From start to finish Wilson conducted the transaction perfectly. Their serviceman noticed our old units were beginning to fail, informed me &, with my approval, contacted his office. After speaking with them an appointment was set for a quote. The gentleman who came over was highly knowledgeable & gave us an excellent price plus 0% financing for 12 months. The date for installation was set and when it arrived 3 sets of servicemen from Wilson arrived at my home as scheduled. With one team upstairs, one downstairs & one outside they completed the job in a matter of hours, completely cleaned up after themselves, instructed me on the units & departed. I had been with them for years and we continued fixing my 3 A/C's but it was time to replace one. As usual, ll went well. I continued my maintenance agreement (strongly recommend) which I have had with Wilson for more years than I can remember. Fast forward. I have now replaced two more A/C's. All in one year! But, they were all about 15 years old and it needed to be done. Circle back to always having a maintenance agreement. 15 years for these
A/C's on the marsh was great. I can't speak highly enough about all Wilson staff. Office,, service, sales, installation. All the best. So I've done the due diligence for you. Don't look further than WIlson.Wilson has taken care of my heating and air system for more than 10 years. No matter who has done the maintenance or repair, the work has been done well. We recently needed replacement of 2 AC units. From start to finish Wilson conducted the transaction perfectly. Their serviceman noticed our old units were beginning to fail, informed me &, with my approval, contacted his office. After speaking with them an appointment was set for a quote. The gentleman who came over was highly knowledgeable & gave us an excellent price plus 0% financing for 12 months. The date for installation was set and when it arrived 3 sets of servicemen from Wilson arrived at my home as scheduled. With one team upstairs, one downstairs & one outside they completed the job in a matter of hours, completely cleaned up after themselves, instructed me on the units & departed. Everything was flawless & we’ll pay off those new units in 12 months and will be worry free about our AC units for many years.

Tech came on time for scheduled service. He was very professional and performed the semi annual service as if he was doing his own A/C.

Wilson has been servicing our system for a couple years now. We recently had some difficulties during a cold spell that Wilson solved. The problem was from another installer, and Wilson was kind enough to rectify the situation promptly.
We are putting all of our service needs with Wilson going forward as they are the best!!

I just reread my last Wilson Review. I had been with them for years and we continued fixing my 3 A/C's but it was time to replace one. As usual, ll went well. I continued my maintenance agreement (strongly recommend) which I have had with Wilson for more years than I can remember. Fast forward. I have now replaced two more A/C's. All in one year! But, they were all about 15 years old and it needed to be done. Circle back to always having a maintenance agreement. 15 years for these

Wilson has taken care of my heating and air system for more than 10 years. No matter who has done the maintenance or repair, the work has been done well. There's been no need for a second visit. I trust Wilson completely.
