review us on Wilson Air did a superb replacement on my whole system. Very professional and left my house like they were never there plus they had the best price!I have been a customer of Wilson Air for many years (have been with others but they are the best!). I have a maintenance contract with them (would recommend) and recently had to replace my main A/C unit. Over the years the service techs for maintenance (and installation techs when necessary) have been great, keeping my 3 units in good working order. When there is an issue they comprehensively explain the fix versus replace options so you can intelligently make these expensive decisions. My recent A/C actually could have been fixed (again) but it was time and when I went to replace, I did not shop around as I knew they would put in a good unit at a fair price. They are also 24/7 which was particularly important one Easter Sunday when the upstairs A/C Handler froze and water was cascading down the dining room wall. They came right out. I cannot recommend them highly enough.Absolutely professional company. The staff is always kind!The team showed up on time, they were efficient. The system works well. We're very happy with being, customer of Wilson Heating and Air.We just had the BEST experience with Wilson Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. you never want to have to call for AC repair, especially not after hours, but when you are greeted by a genuinely kind, caring, and HONEST company and technician and they are able to fix your problem lickety split you better believe I am going to tell everyone.If you would rather work with a local, family owned company this is the company for you.It certainly is reassuring to have a go-to AC company…Completely satisfied with Wilson.Scheduling, installation and follow up all 5 star.On Thursday, August 8th 2024, at about 2:00 PM, Jeremy from Wilson Heating and Air Conditioning fixed our Goodman heat pump/air conditioner that had suffered a burned contactor due to an electrical surge on July 29th or July 30th. He not only did a great job in diagnosing the problem efficiently, but he also explained each step of his analysis of the potential faults in our system. His analysis was very clear and he communicated his problem solving steps so that I could understand the situation and potential costs. He then offered advice to prevent future problems with our FPL surge protector, explaining the FPL surge protector limitations. He demonstrated excellent professionalism, technical skill, and communication clarity. Our heat pumps have been serviced by Wilson Heating and Air Conditioning for many years and each technician has been outstanding.May change this review but this is my experience now after replacement of entire ductwork in house yesterday. First of all, great crew that cleaned up impeccably. Have problems with the representatives on the phone but the actual people in charge of new installation are definitely customer service oriented.I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional repair service you provided for our air conditioning unit for the 2nd office suite. Your prompt response and efficient work truly made a difference for us, especially during the recent heatwave. I cans definitely depend on Wilson,Great service, fast services, fair pricesWilson gave me a deal I couldn’t refuse. When a power bill last summer was $245 I starting think about a new unit and ceiling the place up better. My parents got a new unit for over four thousand so I was all over the estimate of twenty eight hundred. Now, as for the FPL bill it went down to $120 and is on 70 degrees. I couldn’t get 75 out of the old one. The unit is still a two ton but works way better. So without doing any insulation the new A/C cut my power bills in half.
Wilson did install the new units in one day. They take Discover too. SoldService man came in time frame promised. Josh performed maintenance service in a professional manner. He answered questions and provided inspection report. I was pleased with the service.We have an annual maintenance contract. They come out twice a year and keep everything running smoothly. We left message Sunday night that our ac was not working. Received a phone call first thing Monday morning and Billy was at our condo at 8:30am! Our ac unit and heat needed to be replaced and Billy made a call to office and we had install set for Thursday. Chad and Jon installed, they were awesome, very professional and right on time, we are grateful for Wilson , there employees Billy, Chad, and Jon. We now have peace of mind while we are not there that our ac/heat will be working! We HIGHLY recommend.

Extremely professional. Very concerned with our comfort and safety. They even sent an additional person to make sure everything was as it should be to insure we had cooling that was safe!

Service worker was on time. He cleaned HVAC system and identify potential problem areas. He was professional and left a detailed summary of work conducted.

The technician was knowledgeable and polite. i was satisfied with his work and would recommend Wilson to anyone interested in Air conditioning and heating....He did replace a capacitor...i am not sure if this is AC or HVAC..

Wilson gave me a deal I couldn’t refuse. When a power bill last summer was $245 I starting think about a new unit and ceiling the place up better. My parents got a new unit for over four thousand so I was all over the estimate of twenty eight hundred. Now, as for the FPL bill it went down to $120 and is on 70 degrees. I couldn’t get 75 out of the old one. The unit is still a two ton but works way better. So without doing any insulation the new A/C cut my power bills in half.

Service man came in time frame promised. Josh performed maintenance service in a professional manner. He answered questions and provided inspection report. I was pleased with the service.
We have an annual maintenance contract. They come out twice a year and keep everything running smoothly. Excellent service and very professional.

Capable of prompt response even nights/weekends. Techs always willing to explain the system issues in a patient and courteous manner and provide options when available. HVAC maintenance/repair is expensive and Wilson provides a maintenance plan to reduce costs to the home owner. This company has installed and serviced the HVAC units at my home for 30 years and I continue to be satisfied.
I got my system 6 months ago it's awesome. My electric bill went down 60 percent. If I text them I here back in no time at all.
