Matthew Humphrey22 hours agoDid a great job installing a new Carrier system in my house. They were able to schedule the installation just a few days out, and the whole thing was done in a day. They also did a duct cleaning while they were there. The installers were all nice, friendly people. They aren't the cheapest, but they are reputable, have good customer service and good work quality. I'm also using them for periodic service to keep things running well, and I am very happy with the technician (Jeremy) doing that.Response from the owner:Hi Matthew,

Cathy Windish1 month agoMy AC went down July 3rd. Not a great start to a holiday weekend. I called Wilson's, and a tech called me back within 30 minutes. He was transparent about the off hours cost up front because it was a "holiday." He texted on his way over which turned out to be earlier than he first thought, for which I was grateful. Ken arrived as promised and went right to work. I was very impressed not only by his knowledge, but his great attitude, professionalism, and demeanor. He explained every step and had me up and running.
In fact, 3 days later, and my daughter's AC is on the fritz, and she called Wilson's based on my positive experience. A great company.Response from the owner:Hi Cathy,
